Why is our Vibration so Important?
Our vibrational frequency affects our ability to manifest the people, situations, and things we want in our life, our happiness and fulfillment, our intuitive ability, and contributes to the planet’s frequency as a whole.
So, yeah, it’s kind of important. 😉
The higher our vibration, the more light we can hold and the more connected we are to Source/Creator/God/Higher Consciousness.
And the more naturally we emit a positive energetic glow that others perceive whether they realize it or not.
That being said, our vibrational frequency will likely waver throughout the day based on the circumstances we find ourselves in.
If you need a boost, here are ten simple ways to raise your vibration.
How to Raise Your Vibration
1: Listen To Uplifting, High Frequency Music
Music is vibration, and it’s so important we’re conscious of the type of music we listen to and our emotional response to it.
Say good-bye to dark anthems and angsty ballads and instead listen to music with uplifting and empowering lyrics that make you feel happy and lit up.

Solfeggio frequencies (852 hz, 741 hz, 639 hz, 528 hz, 432 hz, 396 hz) are vibrational tones that have a positive effect on the body, mind, and spirit. And when you listen to them, your energy moves into alignment with their natural beneficial frequency. This article explains it well.
You can find lots of free relaxing solfeggio tracks on YouTube.
You can also find a lot of popular music that’s been reproduced to 432 hz. Just do a search for the song name and “432 hz” after it (e.g. “Higher Love 432 hz”) and it will likely be there.
2: Move Your Energy
This is the simplest and fastest way to raise your vibration.
Stand up and shake. Shake everything: your legs, your arms, your shoulders, your hips, your head.
Do this for two full minutes (but the longer the better) and you’ll feel your energy field sparking.
It’s an incredibly easy uplift.
True story: When I was in the corporate world, I used to do this daily in a washroom stall. 🙂
If you’ve never tried this, it’s so much fun!
Also called spontaneous dance or shakti dance, this form of movement happens when you simply allow your body to flow freely — intuitively moving to music.
Set your ego aside, turn on some tunes, and just start dancing.
It’s raw and empowering and helps ignite the Devine feminine magic within.
If you’re simply looking for a quick vibration boost, you don’t need to take a full yoga class. Doing a round of sun salutations or intuitive stretches is a quick way to raise your vibration.
3: Use Aromatherapy
The frequencies of essential oils can help raise your vibration and also have such a powerful impact on the mental and physical body.
Traditionally, sage, palo santo, and frankincense have been connected to spirit and energy, but find the scent that resonates with you personally and lifts you up (my fave is patchouli).
Essential oils are highly concentrated so I recommend diffusing them rather than applying them directly to your skin (unless you know how to properly dilute them).
And make sure to use high-quality oils that don’t contain the additives and toxins found in many health store brands.

4: Breathe In Light From Your Spiritual Support Team
Take five minutes and find a quiet space.
Close your eyes and listen to the tone of stillness around you.
Then call in your spiritual support team (angels, guides, Ascended Masters, etc.) and say:
“Thank you for raising my vibration now.“
Then envision their light above your head, breathe that light into your heart, and breathe it out to surround your whole body with light.
5: Anchor In Gratitude
If at any moment you feel your energy lowering, move into a state of gratitude for an instant uplift.
Make a mental list of ten things you’re grateful for.
Choose one thing from the list and focus on it for a minute then watch your vibe rise.
6: Use Kundalini Yoga & Breathwork
If I’m feeling low and I want a powerful uplift, I simply do a couple of one-minute repetitions of the breath of fire (the last exercise in the video below). I’ll even do it when I’m with my kids — they think it’s funny and sometimes do it with me.
If I have a little more time, I’ll do a whole Kundalini sequence.

7: Work With Crystals
Each crystal carries its own frequency, and each type of crystal has its own energetic property. But all crystals are helpful in frequency raising — as long as you ensure you clear the energy they’ve absorbed from time to time (you can do this by sitting them on a window ledge during a full moon).
Put on a crystal bracelet, pop one in your pocket, or take a moment to meditate with one.
8: Wear Colour
Swap the black sweater for a pink one, throw on a floral scarf, put in some teal tassel earrings, stack some amethyst bracelets, step into some fluffy blue slippers and feel how your energy shifts.
9: Speak Affirmations
Affirmations are powerful declarations that have the ability to shift your mindset and your frequency.
Here are some of my daily go-tos:
I am a Lightworker and I choose to shine brightly.
I love myself and I choose to raise my vibration now.
I choose to step into alignment with my higher self now.
Feel the energy of the words as you state them with conviction.

10: Connect with Nature
This is such a simple and effective way to raise your vibration.
The sunlight emits a higher frequency that we can attune to just by stepping into it.
And the earth, the trees, the plants, and the flowers all can help you raise your frequency by connecting with them.
Garden, lay on the grass, breath in the scent of a flower and you will naturally raise your vibration.
11: Clear Your Energy Field
This is the most important item on this list. You could do all of the above, but if you’re carrying around a lowering thought form that you picked up from someone else, the only way to keep it from dragging you down is to remove it. 12. Discover What Lights You Up
One of my favourite spiritual teachers, Rebecca Campbell, talks about this extensively in her book Light is the New Black (this book changed my life).
Here’s a quick exercise:
Grab your notebook and jot down anything and everything that makes your heart swell, that fills you with joy, that you absolutely love doing.
These are the things that light you up. These are the things so worthy of your time. These are the things that will effortlessly raise your vibration.
Keep these high-vibe ideas in your back pocket to use when needed and incorporate as many as you can into your daily routine, and you will truly light up your life.
