Your soul contracted you to do this transformational work and you’re perfectly on course.

Second, be gentle with yourself during this time of change and renewal.

We live in a dualistic reality. ☯️

The amount you elevate is equal to the amount you ground in.

The amount you grow spiritually is equal to the amount you embrace your humanness.

The best thing you can do for yourself in times of change is to take the pressure off and love yourself through it.

In Human Design (a modality that I use on myself and others) we recognize that the mind and personality was never designed to be the driver of your life. 🚘

Your soul knows exactly why you’re here and will gladly show you the way if you take your hands off the wheel, allow yourself to move into alignment, and enjoy the ride (called passenger consciousness).

You’re being called to step up your frequency when it comes to leadership. It’s time to dismantle any past ideology you had around this word (power, dominance, hierarchy) and rebuild it for the new paradigm:

Advice for women with an undefined Emotional Solar Plexus Center in Human Design 🙋🏻‍♀️ ⬇️

Firstly, you’re not “missing” anything with this center undefined. It allows you to understand others’ emotions at a deeply empathic level. And you’re designed this way to learn & grow & perhaps even master this area of your humanness.

Working at its highest potential, it can transmute the emotional waves of others into stability and calmness.

But especially in the current collective, it’s normal to sometimes feel drained, out of alignment, or amplified emotion when in the presence of others’ emotional energy.

👉 Here are some tips to help you feel more comfortable & at ease…

🌟PRACTICE HEALTHY BOUNDARIES
Recognize when you’re more aware of and concerned with someone else’s emotions than your own. And when you self-abandon in order to calm the energy of another.

🌟REGULARLY CLEAR YOUR ENERGY
Observe your feelings and recognize when the emotional weather has suddenly changed. Were you with someone else? Perhaps it’s their emotional energy you’re feeling & it needs to be cleared from your system.

🌟SUPPORT YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM
Explore various modalities to calm your body so you’re not frequently operating from the parasympathetic “fight or flight” nervous system. (My go-tos → somatic therapy & movement, EFT, essential oils, breathwork, using a frequency device, & earthing).

🌟MOVE YOUR BODY
Movement helps to release stuck emotional energy from the physical body. (My go-tos → practicing yoga, jumping on a rebounder, & going for walks).

🌟CONTEMPLATE THE MEANINGS OF THE DEFINED GATES IN YOUR EMOTIONAL SOLAR PLEXUS CENTER
These anchor your emotional energy. Be honest with yourself, are you expressing them from a lower or higher frequency (aka the shadow or the gift)? And is there any deconditioning (aka reprogramming) work to do? ⬇️

Self-healing, rising woman, modern science is fina

Self-healing, rising woman, modern science is finally catching up with what the ancients knew — we each have energetic fields surrounding our bodies. 🌟

And Human Design provides deeper insight into how that field naturally gives and receive energy with each encounter.

If you have undefined (white) Centers in your Human Design chart (most people do), that’s where you’re taking in the energy of others.

👉 (Type HDC for a chart to locate your undefined Centers.)

This energy is gold 💛 — it’s information that helps you relate to others on a deeper level and understand your Humanness…

Buuuuut…it’s not your energy so it needs to be expelled. 🌬️

If it sticks, that’s when you may experience unexplained emotion, fear, sluggishness, or just feeling “off” and not knowing why.

I studied energy for 7 years with a highly attuned energetic channel and Sha[wo]man, and during that time, I naturally developed my own method that involves Shakti, breath, and shivering, but it’s difficult to explain because it just happens.

Until you have your own preferred method, here are the most effective ways (I’ve found) to clear your energy:

- Shaking with the intention of clearing (intention is key) while you audibly breathe out.

- Visualizing a shower of light coming down and clearing your energetic field (this is amped up when doing it in the actual shower — water is a great energy cleansing tool).

- Using a tuning fork (sound frequency) with a sweeping, pulling off motion. Hold it close to your body and then swiftly move it out as if collecting the unwanted energy and throwing it off you.

- Sensing where the unwanted energy may be (and/or focusing on your undefined Centers) and using your hand in a motion of pulling it off and throwing it away while you command any energy that isn’t yours to return to it’s sender with love.
